大断面岩巷分层掘进工艺技术研究

摘要
针对永煤集团陈四楼煤矿十八采区皮带上山下平巷开口位置岩巷大断面在掘进过程中受施工条件、施工技术水平等限制,施工效率低、巷道成型质量差、支护难度大等问题,通过与传统施工工艺对比,确定采用分层掘进工艺技术进行施工,皮带上山下平巷开口岩巷段采用"前探梁+螺母吊环"+液压单体柱+"锚网喷+锚索"联合加强支护方式.实践表明,实施分层掘进技术保证了巷道的安全施工,降低了设备安装的频次,提高了巷道挖掘效率.通过联合加强支护,顶板最大移近量为16 mm,两帮移近量为10 mm.掘进13 d后,巷道稳定性得以提高,能有效地抑制围岩变形.
Abstract
Aiming at the limitations of construction conditions,construction technical level and others during the excavation process of the large cross section of the rock roadway at the opening position of the belt uphill and down flat roadway in the 18th mining area of Chensilou Coal Mine,Yongmei Group,the construction efficiency is low,the quality of roadway formation is poor,the difficulty of support is high and other problems.By comparing with the traditional construction technique,it is determined to use layered excavation technique technology for construction.The opening rock roadway section of the belt uphill and down flat roadway adopts a combined strengthening support method of"front probing beam+nut lifting ring"+hydraulic single column+"anchor net spraying+anchor cable".The practice shows that the implementation of layered excavation technology ensures the safe construction of roadways,reduces the frequency of equipment installation,and improves the efficiency of roadway excavation.Through combined strengthening of support,the maximum displacement amount of the roof is 16 mm,and the displacement amount of the two sides is 10 mm.After 13 days of excavation,the stability of the roadway is improved,which can effectively suppress the deformation of the surrounding rock.
