摘要

以新集一矿 230905 工作面为工程背景,该工作面存在坚硬顶板,强度高、厚度大,导致顶板难以垮落.采用数值模拟和现场试验等方法,分析了顶板预裂爆破后工作面推进过程中覆岩应力场演化规律及塑性区破坏特征,提出了采用扇形孔的布置方式对坚硬顶板难冒落问题进行人工预裂放顶.结果表明:预裂爆破后,煤壁前方压力峰值得到削减,在前方未切顶处形成应力集中,采空区上方岩层以拉伸-剪切破坏为主.结合顶板破坏形态特征,制定了深孔预裂爆破方案,对工作面支架的稳定性进行了定量分析,为后续工作面推进过程中的支护提供依据.

Abstract

Taking the 230905 working face of Xinji No.1 Mine as the engineering background,there is a hard roof with high strength and large thickness,which makes it difficult for the roof to collapse.Numerical simulation,on-site testing and other methods are used to analyze the evolution law of the overlying rock stress field and the characteristics of plastic zone failure during the advancement of the working face after roof presplitting blasting.A fan-shaped hole layout method is proposed to solve the problem that the hard roof is difficult to fall off by manually presplitting and roof caving.The results show that after presplitting blasting,the stress peak value in front of the coal wall is reduced,and stress concentration is formed at the uncut top in front.The rock layer above the goaf is mainly subjected to tensile-shear failure.Combined with the characteristics of the roof failure modality,a deep hole presplitting blasting scheme is developed to quantitatively analyze the stability of the support in the working face,providing a basis for the support in the advancing process of the subsequent working face.
