摘要
针对巴彦高勒矿井综放工作面采空区无线监测技术不成熟的问题,以系统工程理论和系统可靠性理论分析为基础,以系统可靠性和先进无线监测技术为支撑,构建出了煤矿高效无线监测成套技术的总体方案,提出了新型无线监测成套技术模式.研究开发了矿井采空区火灾预警智能惰化控制技术配套软件,实现采空区三带标志性气体变化的实时监测与智能预警,做到系统智能联动及预测自燃发展的趋势,能够有效防范采空区自然发火.
Abstract
In view of the problem of immature wireless monitoring technology of goaf monitoring in fully mechanized caving face of Bayan Gaole Mine,based on the analysis of system engineering theory and system reliability theory,and supported by system reliability and advanced wireless monitoring technology,a comprehensive scheme for coal mine efficient wireless monitoring complete set technology is constructed,and a new type of wireless monitoring complete set technology model is proposed.A supporting software for intelligent inerting control technology for mine goaf fire early warning is researched and developed,which realizes real-time monitoring and intelligent early warning of iconic gas changes in the three zones of the goaf,achieves intelligent linkage of the system,and predicts the trend of spontaneous combustion development,effectively prevents goaf spontaneous combustion.
