摘要

针对煤矿进行集中轨道巷采用无极绳、卡轨车连续化运输的过程中,由于巷道岔口比较多,不能有效防止运输区间行人,易发生运输事故,提出了建设智能封闭运输警戒系统.本文以山西焦煤集团有限责任公司官地煤矿中六区轨道巷为研究对象,利用智能人员识别摄像仪、红外识别传感器、警戒栏、声光语音报警等装置组成警戒系统,实现了运输作业过程警戒栏自动关闭、人员闯入自动报警、智能抓拍、智能停车及远程人工警告等功能.现场实际应用表明,该方案能够有效地避免人员闯警戒的问题,实现运输区域智能封闭,保证了运输作业安全,减少了人员投入,提升辅助运输效率.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that during the process of using endless ropes and coolie cars for continuous transportation in centralized track roadways of coal mines,due to the many intersections in roadways,it is not possible to effectively prevent pedestrians in the transportation section,which can easily lead to transportation accidents.Therefore,it is proposed to build an intelligent closed transportation vigilance system.This article takes the track roadway in the middle 6th area of Guandi Coal Mine of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Using intelligent personnel recognition cameras,infrared recognition sensors,vigilance fences,sound and light voice alarms and other devices,a vigilance system is composed to achieve functions such as automatic closing of vigilance fences during the process of transportation operations,automatic alarm for personnel intrusion,intelligent capture,intelligent parking,and remote artificial warning.The on-site practical application shows that this scheme can effectively avoid the problem of personnel breaking through the vigilance,achieve intelligent closure of transportation areas,ensure transportation operations safety,reduce personnel input,and improve auxiliary transportation efficiency.
