摘要

针对煤矿选煤系统"智能化"建设方面提出新的挑战与机遇,通过人工智能技术和选煤系统的交叉融合,实现选煤技术的智能化,从而提高选煤的生产效率.智能化在选煤系统主要包括视频安全监控系统、智能配煤定制化生产、设备运维系统、3D可视化信息采集与监控系统、信息管理与分析系统、配电安全与配电数据采集系统六大系统.通过张家峁选煤厂智能化系统设计,实现了设备状态智能监测、生产系统智能调整、工艺参数智能设定,大幅降低员工劳动强度,形成了生产现场管理的良性循环,为系统的高效安全运行提供了有效的技术支撑.

Abstract

Aiming at the new challenges and opportunities that are proposed for the intelligent construction aspect of coal mine coal preparation systems.Through the cross integration of artificial intelligence technology and coal preparation systems,the intelligence of coal preparation technology is achieved,thereby improving the production efficiency of coal preparation.The intelligent coal preparation system mainly includes six major systems:video safety monitoring system,intelligent coal blending customized production,equipment operation and maintenance system,3D visualization information collection and monitoring system,information management and analysis system,and power distribution safety and power distribution data collection system.Through the design of the intelligent system in Zhangjiamao Coal Preparation Plant,intelligent monitoring of equipment status,intelligent adjustment of production system,and intelligent setting of process parameters are achieved,significantly reducing employee labor intensity,forming a virtuous cycle of production on-site management,providing effective technical support for the efficient and safe operation of the system.
