摘要
为了解决陕西煤业集团建庄煤矿存在的安全管理问题,提升企业安全管理水平,从安全文化的理论分析出发,阐述安全文化理念,对建庄矿的安全文化制度、安全文化行为两个方面分别进行剖析.通过安全标准制度建设、安全标准清单管理、安全规范落实见效以及聚焦行为认知和践行等措施,有效提升企业的安全水平,推动企业持续健康发展.
Abstract
In order to solve the safety management problems in Jianzhuang Coal Mine of Shaanxi Coal Industry Group and improve the level of enterprise safety management,starting from the theoretical analysis of safety culture,this paper elaborates on the concept of safety culture,and an anatomy is conducted from two aspects such as the safety culture institution and safety culture behavior of Jianzhuang Mine.By establishing safety standard institutions,managing safety standard lists,implementing safety specification effectively,focusing on behavioral awareness and practice and so on,the safety level of enterprises can be effectively improved and promote enterprises sustainable and healthy development.
