倾斜煤层半煤岩沿空巷道区段煤柱宽度及支护研究

针对昌兴煤矿倾斜煤层半煤岩沿空巷道在回采过程中,由于区段煤柱宽度不合理而发生的围岩失稳大变形问题,以1163工作面为研究对象,基于极限平衡理论建立了倾斜煤层半煤岩沿空巷道煤柱模型,提出了煤柱合理宽度数值计算公式,结合工程地质及现场施工条件,得出煤柱合理留设宽度为4.89~5.24 m;通过数值模拟不同宽度煤柱条件下巷道破坏特征,确定了区段煤柱宽度为5m.结合半煤岩巷道非对称破坏特征,提出了"U型棚壁后充填+非对称穿层注浆锚索"联合控制方案.现场工业性试验结果表明,留设宽度5m的煤柱并采用联合控制方案后,可有效发挥围岩自身承载能力,巷道围岩变形量显著降低,满足了工作面安全高效生产需求.
Research on Coal Pillar Width and Support in the Roadway Along Goaf Section of Inclined Coal Seam Semi Coal Rock
In view of the problem of instability and large deformation of the surrounding rock caused by the unreasonable width of section coal pillars during the stoping process of the inclined coal seam semi coal rock roadway along goaf in Changxing Coal Mine,taking the 1163 working face as the research object,a coal pillar model of the inclined coal seam semi coal rock roadway along goaf is established based on the limit equilibrium theory.A numerical calculation formula for the reasonable width of the coal pillar is proposed,combined with engineering geology and on-site construction conditions,the reasonable reserved width of the coal pillar is determined to be 4.89-5.24 m;by numerical simulation of the failure characteristics of roadways under the condition of coal pillars with different widths,it is determined that the width of the coal pillar in the section is 5 m.Combined with the asymmetric failure characteristics of semi coal rock roadways,a joint con-trol scheme of"filling behind U-shaped shed wall+asymmetric through layer grouting anchor cable"is proposed;The on-site industrial test results show that after leaving and setting up coal pillars with a width of 5 m and adopting the joint control scheme,the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock can be effectively utilized,and the deformation amount of the roadway surrounding rock can be significantly reduced,meeting the requirements of safe and efficient production in the working face.
