Research on Rapid Construction and Transportation Method for Large Inclination Angle Open Cut Eye in Steep Inclined Coal Seam
The inclination angle of the open cut eye in the 1502-2 working face of Chicheng Coal Mine exceeds 56° locally,and the construction process of first guiding the adit from top to bottom and then expanding the brush is adopted.Due to downstream construction,there are many difficulties in coal transportation,material transportation,pedestrian,roof and floor safety,as well as anti-collapse and anti slip and so on.The installation of winches,laying of tracks,car dumping and overturning and switching of mining cars are required for coal production and material transportation,and the process is very complicated;the labor intensity of manual coal loading by mining cars is high,and the support for coal production and material transportation cannot be continuously operated in parallel.The construction efficiency is extremely low,and the safety risk is also extremely high.In order to achieve safe and efficient construction,after repeated simulation and demonstration,an innovative construction scheme is adopted,which uses a 40T transformation type scraper conveyor for coal mining to produce coal,a monorail crane combined with a slow winch for auxiliary transportation,and a complete separation of three channels for coal transportation and material transportation and pedestrians.Through industrial experiments,success is achieved,effectively solving the difficult problems of coal transportation and material transportation in the construction of steep inclined coal seam large inclination angle open cut eye.The labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced,with a single entry increase of 35%and a shortened construction period of 20 days,effectively alleviating the tense situation of mining and excavation continuity.
