摘要

济宁二号煤矿43下06胶运顺槽沿空掘巷时煤柱变小,增加了与原老巷通透、有毒有害气体涌出异常及支护困难等风险.为保证工作面安全掘进,在满足巷道需求的情况下适当缩小断面,在主动支护基础上通过采取架棚联合支护和超前注浆进行加强支护,向老巷充填注浆和压注CO2,消除有害气体渗出等安全隐患,增强了煤柱承载力,保证了安全生产和正常接续,取得了良好的效果.

Abstract

During the period of roadway excavation along goaf in the 43lower06 rubber transport trough of Jining No.2 Coal Mine,the coal pillar becomes smaller,which increased the risk of permeability with the original old roadway,abnormal gushing of toxic and harmful gases,and difficulty in support,etc.To ensure the safe excavation of the working face,while under the situation of meeting the requirements of the roadway,the cross section is appropriately reduced.On the basis of active support,the support is strengthened by adopting frame shed joint support and advanced grouting,filling grouting and pressure injection CO2 into the old roadway,eliminating safety hazards such as harmful gas gushing and others,enhancing the bearing capacity of the coal pillar,ensuring safe production and normal continuous,and achieving good results.
