Research on Upward Liberation Mining Technology for Close Distance"Three Hard"Coal Seams
Close distance coal seams generally adopt downward mining between layers.Under specific geological conditions,coal seam occurrence conditions,and mining technology conditions,as long as reasonable mining techniques are adopted,by mining the lower coal seam to relieve pressure and liberate the upper three hard coal seam,the upward mining can be carried out successfully.Upward mining is more advantageous for close distance coal seams.Taking the liberated layer upward mining of the close distance three hard coal seams of the 13th and 15th coal seam in Xiezhuang Coal Mine as the research object,theoretical calculations are conducted using the development of overlying rock fractures,surrounding rock balance method,mining influence multiple method,and mathematical statistics method.The impact of the 15th coal seam after mining on the 13th coal seam mining can be controlled within a safe range,and verified through numerical simulation analysis,the upward liberated layer mining of the lower 15th coal seam weakens the integrity of the upper 13th coal seam and the hard rock layers on the roof and floor,achieving safe and efficient mining of the three hard coal seams.
