李楼煤业选煤厂选煤工艺设计分析

针对李楼煤业选煤厂现有动筛跳汰选煤效率低、质量差的问题,对选煤厂所使用的高硫煤和低硫煤煤质特性、浮沉特性进行了研究,结合所使用原煤特点和产品规划,提出了主选脱泥跳汰、粗煤泥采用浓缩分级旋流器+螺旋分选设备+高频振动筛分+煤泥高速离心+三质体高频筛联合回收、细煤泥浮选的工艺.李楼煤业选煤厂的实际应用表明,优化后浮选精煤的产率达到了 6.2%,将生产过程中的用水消耗降低17.6%,每年可多回收精煤3.66万t,显著提升了选煤厂的煤炭分选效率和产品质量.
Design and Analysis on Coal Preparation Process of Coal Preparation Plant in Lilou Coal Industry
Aiming at the problems of low coal preparation efficiency and poor quality of the existing dynamic screen jigging of coal preparation plant in Lilou Coal Industry,the screening and sorting characteristics and floating and sinking characteristics of high sulfur coal and low sulfur coal used in the coal preparation plant are studied.Combined with the used raw coal characteristics and product planning,the main selection of desliming jigging is proposed and coarse coal slime adopts a process of concentrated classification cyclone+spiral sorting equipment+high frequency vibration screening and sorting+coal slime high speed centrifugation+triplast high frequency screening joint recovering and fine coal slime flotation.The practical application of the coal preparation plant in Lilou Coal Industry shows that the flotation clean coal yield reaches 6.2%after optimizing,reducing water consumption in the production process by 17.6%,and can recover 36 600 tons more of clean coal annually,significantly improving the coal sorting efficiency and product quality of the coal preparation plant.
