太原煤炭气化(集团)有限责任公司龙泉煤矿现水平延深,需新建南胶带盘区带式输送机.针对南胶带盘区大巷沿4号煤层底板布置,4号煤层赋存状态呈现"V"型,布置距离较长,使得布置于巷道内的带式输送机运行工况复杂,受力分析困难问题,以南胶带盘区带式输送机为研究对象,采用简易计算法,对"V"型布置的长距离、大运量的带式输送机进行了受力分析以及部件选型.实践应用表明,该带式输送机整机运行稳定、效果理想,其为"V"型布置的带式输送机设计计算提供了依据.
Design of Long Distance and Large Transport Volume Belt Conveyor Based on"V"Shape Layout
Longquan Coal Mine of Taiyuan Coal Gasification(Group)Co.,Ltd.is currently experiencing horizontal extension and deepening and requires a new construction of belt conveyor in the south adhesive tape panel area.In view of the layout of the main roadway along the 4th coal seam floor in the south adhesive tape panel area,the 4th coal seam occurrence state presents"V"shape with a long layout distance,making the operating conditions of the belt conveyor arranged in the roadway complex and difficult to analyze the force.Taking the belt conveyor in the south adhesive tape panel area as the research object,a simple calculation method is used to analyze the force and type select components for the long distance and large transport volume belt conveyor arranged in"V"shape.The practical application shows that the entire belt conveyor operates stably and has ideal results,providing a basis for the design and calculation of belt conveyors with"V"shape layout.
