Innovative Design and Application Research on Integrated Withdrawal Equipment for Hydraulic Support in Fully Mechanized Mining
In view of the safety issues such as low efficiency,safety hazards in the winch traction way,blind areas in monorail crane transportation and others in the traditional hydraulic support withdrawal method in coal mines,it is proposed to design an integrated equipment for efficient withdrawal and transshipment of the fully mechanized mining hydraulic support based on TRIZ theory.This equipment traction device solves the problem of winch dragging and rope breaking during the withdrawal process of the hydraulic support;the movable floating steel rail moves forward by itself,and the directional adjusting unit adds auxiliary wheels to avoid the risk of"gnawing the floor";multiple units mutual act as support points and multiple systems work together to solve the difficult problems of low withdrawal transportation efficiency,high labor intensity for workers and so on.With the application of this equipment in the withdrawal of the hydraulic support in the 83upper03 working face of Baodian Coal Mine,the withdrawal work of the hydraulic support is successfully completed within 10 days.Compared with the traditional hydraulic support,the withdrawal efficiency of the hydraulic support increases by 122%,effectively improving coal mine production efficiency and achieving significant economic and safety benefits.
