建筑物下压煤充填开采方案优选评价研究

传统的建下压煤开采方案主要靠工程类比方式确定,方案的选择缺乏科学合理性,为实现建筑物下压煤充填开采方案便捷优选的目的,基于多属性决策相关理论,围绕适用于建下压煤充填开采的评价指标体系及评价模型展开研究.考虑经济性、技术性、安全性三方面构建多属性评价指标体系;从指标权重、靶心距角度对传统灰靶决策模型进行改进,建立了博弈论组合赋权改进灰靶决策模型.以唐口煤矿五采区建下压煤开采为例进行模型评价检验,评价结果显示该模型优选方案与该矿实际采用方案一致,应用该方案产生经济效益18 953.16万元,地表建筑物损坏等级控制在 Ⅰ级损害范围内,开采经济性和安全性最优,表明该文所构建的评价指标体系及评价模型能够合理有效地进行建下压煤充填开采方案优选.
Research on Optimal Evaluation of Coal Pressing Under Buildings Filling Mining Scheme
The traditional coal pressing under buildings mining scheme is mainly determined by engineering analogy method,and the selection of the scheme lacks scientific rationality.In order to achieve the convenient and optimal selection purpose of the coal pressing under buildings filling mining scheme,based on the related theory of multi-attribute decision-making,research is conducted around the evaluation indicator system and evaluation model applicable to coal pressing under buildings filling mining.A multi-attribute evaluation indicator system considering three aspects of economic,technological,and safety is constructed;The traditional grey target decision-making model is improved from the perspectives of index weights and bull's-eye distance angle,and a game theory combination weighting improved grey target decision-making model is established.Taking the coal pressing under buildings mining in the fifth mining area of Tangkou Coal Mine as an example for model evaluation and inspection,the evaluation results show that the optimized scheme of this model is consistent with the actual adopted scheme of the mine,the economic benefits generated by applying this scheme are 189.531 6 million yuan,and the damage level of surface buildings is controlled within the damage range of level I.The mining economy and safety are the best,which indicates that the evaluation indicator system and evaluation model constructed in this article can reasonably and effectively op-timize the coal pressing under buildings filling mining scheme.
