摘要
针对当前选煤厂生产效率低、生产成本高、生产事故多等问题,经分析研究建设生产数字化交互平台,通过实时监测和分析生产过程中的数据,通过数字化手段对机电设备、成本消耗、质量管控、生产调度、安全预防、经营管理、仓储销售等环节优化生产流程管控,实现智能控制、智能管理、智能分析、辅助生产决策.数字化平台应用实现了数字化智能化生产,有效降低生产成本,提高生产效率,取得了较好的效果.
Abstract
In view of the current problems of low production efficiency,high production costs,frequent production accidents and so on in coal preparation,through analysis and research,a digital interactive platform for production is constructed.Through real-time monitoring and analysis of various data in the production process,digital means are used to optimize the production process management and control of mechanical and electrical equipment,cost consumption,quality management and control,production scheduling,safety prevention,business management,warehousing and sales and other links,intelligent control,intelligent management,intelligent analysis and assisted production decision-making are achieved.The digital platform application achieves digital intelligent production,effectively reduces production costs,improves production efficiency,and obtains good effects.
