五里堠煤矿沿空巷道充填体力学特性研究

摘要
以五里堠煤矿 1102 工作面皮带巷沿空留巷、高水材料巷旁充填为课题,采用材料力学梁结构理论建立充填体切顶条件下的力学模型,根据极限平衡状态推导充填体支护阻力为 1240 kN.现场矿压监测结果表明,支护锚杆在工作期间内可以提供有效的支护阻力,巷道围岩顶底板的位移量约为 10~22 cm,验证了设计的充填体力学参数对沿空巷道有良好的力学支护作用.
Abstract
Taking the roadway along goaf and filling beside the roadway with high water material in the 1102 working face belt roadway of Wulihou Coal Mine as the subject,the mechanical model of the filling body under the condition of roof cutting is established by using the material mechanics beam structure theory,and the support resistance of the filling body is deduced to be 1240 kN according to the limit equilibrium state.The results of on-site mine pressure monitoring show that the support anchor rod can provide effective support resistance during the working period,and the displacement amount of the roof and floor of the roadway surrounding rock is about 10-22 cm,which verifies that the mechanical parameters of the designed filling body have a good mechanical support effect on the roadway along goaf.
