Research on Rationality of Setting Boundary Coal Pillar in Yiqiao Coal Mine
Aiming at the retionality problem of setting width of the boundary coal pillar of Yiqiao Coal Mine,according to the geological and mining data of the 3311 working face in Yiqiao Coal Mine,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis are used to study the distribution and evolution law of the bearing stress of the boundary coal pillar in the 3311 working face during the stoping process.The research results indicate that during the mining process of the 3311 working face,the width of the coal pillar between the goaf of the 3311 working face in Yiqiao Coal Mine and the 431 working face in Tangyang Coal Mine is 74-80 m,and the width of the plastic zone of the coal pillar is 68 m.At this time,the plastic zone of the coal pillar between the two mines is not connected.Through theoretical analysis,the average stress of the boundary coal pillar in the 3311 working face is 38.36 MPa.When the width of the boundary coal pillar in the 3311 working face is 74 m,the ultimate strength of the coal pillar is 91.26 MPa,and the stability safety coefficient of the coal pillar is 2.38,which is greater than the critical value of 1.5.The bearing performance of the coal pillar is good.Combined with the results of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,the boundary coal pillar of Yiqiao Coal Mine can maintain a certain degree of stability,and the setting of the coal pillar are reasonable.
