深部大断面巷道变形破坏特征及控制技术研究

为解决深部大断面巷道围岩变形显著、控制困难的问题,以济宁二号煤矿 43下06 辅顺联巷道为工程背景,通过钻孔窥视法测定了巷道围岩松动圈范围,据此分析了巷道围岩变形破坏特征和原因,提出了优化支护方案,通过数值模拟验证了优化支护方案的可行性.现场工业试验结果表明:采用优化支护方案,巷道顶底板、两帮最大变形量分别为 82 mm和 49 mm,顶板离层量分别为 15.2 mm、7.3 mm,均小于巷道的允许变形量,围岩控制效果良好.
Research on Deformation and Failure Characteristics and Control Technology of Deep Large Cross Section Roadway
In order to solve the problem of significant deformation and difficult control of surrounding rock in deep large cross section roadways,taking the 43under06 auxiliary connecting roadway in Jining No.2 Coal Mine as the engineering background,the range of loose circle in the roadway surrounding rock is measured by drilling and peeping method.According to this,the deformation and failure characteristics and reasons of the roadway surrounding rock are analyzed,and an optimized support scheme is proposed.The feasibility of the optimized support scheme is verified through numerical simulation.The on-site industrial test results show that using the optimized support scheme,the maximum deformation amount of the roof,floor,and two sides of the roadway are 82 mm and 49 mm,respectively,and the layer separation amount of the roof and floor is 15.2 mm and 7.3 mm,respectively,both of which are smaller than the allowable deformation amount of the roadway.The surrounding rock control effect is good.
