Research on Rapid Comprehensive Excavation Construction Technology for Water Sump in Mining Area
To ensure a smooth transition of mining area succession in Chensilou Coal Mine,it is necessary to accelerate the construction progress rate of the water sump in the 18th mining area and complete the permanent drainage system of the mining area as soon as possible,in order to provide safety guarantee for the normal excavation of subsequent stoping roadways.Due to the limitations of water sump capacity and pump room location in the 18th mining area water sump,which requires multiple continuous turning constructions.In order to accelerate the progress rate of roadway construction and simultaneously solve the difficult problem of continuous large angle turning of the water sump unable to achieve continuous gangue discharge,Chensilou Coal Mine attempts to adopt the"comprehensive excavation machine+rake loading machine+rubber belt conveyor"continuous gangue discharge scheme.Through continuous experimentation and optimization,a rapid comprehensive excavation construction technology system for the water sump in the mining area of Chensilou Coal Mine is formed,with an average monthly single advance of over 120 m.Combined with the construction process of the water sump in the 18th mining area of Chensilou Coal Mine,this paper provides a detailed introduction to the rapid comprehensive excavation construction technology system of the water sump in the mining area from the aspects of engineering design,equipment selection,construction methods and so on,providing technical reference for similar engineerings in the future.
