基于Forcite模拟防灭火凝胶对煤的黏附性影响

针对黏附型防灭火凝胶(PAA/SA/TA)与煤体的黏附性能不明确的问题,该文通过分子模拟(MS)软件,对PAA/SA/TA与煤进行分子动力学模拟(MD),揭示了PAA/SA/TA与煤的黏附机理,通过计算PAA/SA/TA与煤界面的黏附功-176.21 kcal/(mol·Å2),说明PAA/SA/TA与煤表面存在黏附性;根据动态模拟的结果发现,PAA/SA/TA与煤体表面的黏附特性是自发进行的;使用Nose恒温器在NVT(常数原子数、体积和温度)环境下进行MD模拟,分析了PAA/SA/TA在煤体表面的分布情况.以上分析有助于开发新型黏附型防灭火材料,解决煤矿火灾防治的问题.
Simulation of the Influence of Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Gel on Coal Adhesiveness Based on Forcite
Aiming at the problem that the adhesive performance of adhesiveness type fire prevention and extinguishing gel(PAA/SA/TA)and coal body is not clear,this paper conducts molecular dynamics simulation(MD)on PAA/SA/TA and coal through molecular simulation(MS)software,reveals the adhesion mechanism of PAA/SA/TA and coal.By calculating the adhesion work-176.21 kcal/(mol·Å2)of PAA/SA/TA and coal interface,it shows that there is adhesiveness between PAA/SA/TA and coal surface;according to the results of dynamic simulation,it is found that the adhesion characteristics between PAA/SA/TA and the surface of coal body are spontaneous;nose thermostat is used to conduct a MD simulation under the environment of NVT(constant atomic number,volume and temperature),the distribution situation of PAA/SA/TA on the surface of coal is analyzed.The above analysis is helpful for developing new type of adhesiveness type fire prevention and extinguishing materials to solve the problem of coal mine fire disaster prevention and governance.
