摘要
为解决刀把面切眼贯通后二次扩刷至工作面安装完成试运行期间,采空区边缘松散煤体易氧化发生自燃的问题,制定了灌注凝胶与喷浆封闭的综合防灭火措施,通过压注凝胶在采空区周围构筑了隔离胶带,对巷道进行喷浆封闭减少了采空区漏风,持续对采空区气体进行采样化验和监测监控,未发现标志气体及采空区温度超标的情况,为工作面安装提供了安全保障.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the loose coal body at the edge of the goaf is prone to oxidation and spontaneous combustion during the trial operation period after the cutting hole of the knife handle face is cut through and the secondary expansion is brushed to the completion of the working face installation,a comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measure of injecting gel and shotcrete sealing is developed.Through the pressure injection of gel,isolation tape is built around the goaf,and the shotcrete sealing of the roadway reduces the air leakage in the goaf.The gas in the goaf is continuously sampled,tested,supervised and monitored.Sign gas and the situation of goaf temperature exceed the standard are not found,providing safety guarantee for the installation of the working face.
