摘要
采用高吸水阻化剂能够降低采空区遗失煤炭(地面煤场储存的易自然发火煤炭)的自然发火风险.针对高吸水阻化剂40~200目颗粒状,不同于氯化盐类阻化剂可用柱塞泵喷洒,高吸水阻化剂吸水后黏度大,不能采用传统喷洒设备问题,研究提出了高吸水阻化剂新型气动定量式专用喷洒装置,解决了高吸水阻化剂定量远距离输送和喷洒作业的难题.
Abstract
The use of high water absorption inhibitors can reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion of lost coal in goaf(coal stored in surface coal yards that is prone to spontaneous combustion).In view of the issue of 40-200 mesh granules of high water absorption inhibitors,unlike chloride salt inhibitors,which can be sprayed with plunger pumps,high water absorption inhibitors have high viscosity after water absorption and cannot be sprayed with traditional spraying equipments.A new type of pneumatic quantitative dedicated spraying device for high water absorption inhibitors is studied and proposed,which solves the difficult problem of quantitative long-distance transportation and spraying operations of high water absorption inhibitors.
