Design and Application Research of Vibration Fault Early Warning Method for Coal Mine Ventilation Fan
In view of the shortcomings of vibration faults early warning for ventilation fan,this paper analyzes the machinery typical faults and characteristics of ventilation fan in downhole harsh working environments of coal mines,elaborates on vibration analysis methods and basic specifications,and designs an innovative vibration analysis based method for early warning of ventilation fan vibration faults in coal mines.This method is based on the MCM-100 equipment status monitoring platform.The 603C01 acceleration vibration sensor performs high-precision online dynamic collection of vibration signals,and uses spectrum analysis+vibration intensity to diagnose and identify faults.The practical results show that the vibration fault early warning method for the ventilation fan can accurately diagnose all vibration faults that occur in the FBD8.5-2×75 type local ventilation fan of Yonghong Coal Mine,and provide early warning,ensuring the safety of the equipment.This provides an effective technical solution for fault monitoring and early warning of coal mine ventilation fans,which helps to improve the safety and efficiency of coal mines.
