摘要

针对矿用带式输送机煤量测量方法误差较大的问题,提出基于视觉感知的带式输送机煤量测量方法,对视觉感知煤量测量系统(包括煤料识别、煤料三维信息提取和煤料量计算三部分)进行介绍;对煤料测量方法进行研究,采用基于二维离散小波变换进行增强图像,结合K-means聚类方法实现煤料识别;识别图像再经T-S模糊修正测量对煤料进行图像校正,得到带式输送机煤料三维点云信息,采用Delaunay算法进行剖分并结合煤料密度得到带式输送机煤量;利用煤矿井下实际图像进行了实验研究.研究表明,基于视觉感知的带式输送机煤量测量方法可以将最小误差、最大误差和平均误差降低为 1.08%、4.11%和 3.02%;与传统带式输送机煤量测量方法相比最小误差下降5%,最大误差下降12%,平均误差下降7%;稳定性和精确度都可以满足实际煤矿生产测量需求,具有良好的应用效果.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of large errors in coal quantity measurement method for mine used belt conveyor,a visual perception based coal quantity measurement method for belt conveyor is proposed.The visual perception coal quantity measurement system(including coal material identification,coal material three-dimensional information extraction,and coal material quantity calculation)is introduced;research is conducted on the coal measurement method,using two-dimensional discrete wavelet transform to enhance images,and combining K-means clustering method to achieve coal material identification;the recognition image is then subjected to T-S fuzzy correction measurement to correct the image of the coal material,obtaining the three-dimensional point cloud information of the coal material for the belt conveyor.The Delaunay algorithm is used for segmentation and combined with the coal material density to obtain the coal quantity for the belt conveyor;experimental research is conducted using downhole actual images from coal mines.The research shows that the visual perception based coal quantity measurement method for belt conveyor can reduce the minimum error,maximum error,and average error to 1.08%,4.11%,and 3.02%,respectively;compared with the traditional belt conveyor coal quantity measurement method,the minimum error is reduced by 5%,the maximum error is reduced by 12%,and the average error is reduced by 7%;stability and accuracy can meet measurement needs of the actual coal mine production,and have good application effects.
