Roadway Support Technology for Remining Coal Seam in Xifengjie Coal Industry
In order to study the remining support process of the 4th and 5th mining areas of the 3rd coal seam in Xifengjie Coal Industry,the simply supported beam theory is used to calculate the I-beam spacing when using frame shed support.FLAC3D is used for numerical simulation check calculation.According to the designed construction process,the stability of the roadway is monitored using the roof layer separation meter and multi-point displacement meter.The results show that after adopting the I-shaped steel shed support scheme with a spacing of 1.56 m in the tunnel,the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plates and the two sides decreased from 610 mm and 400 mm to 128 mm and 102 mm,respectively.The maximum compressive stress of the surrounding rock decreased from 7.28 MPa to 5.53 MPa.There was no plastic damage to the top and bottom plates of the tunnel,and the stress concentration on the two sides was improved.The displacement amount of the surrounding rock remains stable around the 73rd day,and the layer separation amount of the roadway roof remains stable around the 80th day.The maximum displacement amount of the roof,floor,and two sides of the transportation roadway are 158 mm and 122 mm,respectively.The maximum displacement amount of the roof,floor,and two sides of the return air roadway are 187 mm and 142 mm,respectively.
