综放工作面区段煤柱合理宽度及巷道支护研究

为解决常村煤矿综放工作面准备阶段沿空巷道的支护难题,综合运用经验公式计算、数值仿真模拟、现场调研实测等方法,开展沿空巷道最优煤柱尺寸及支护方案的研究及应用.研究表明:依据弹塑性极限平衡理论计算表明,沿空巷道煤柱宽度不应小于29.14 m,数值模拟表明当煤柱宽度大于30 m时,掘巷期间煤柱内存在稳定的弹性核区,确定最优煤柱宽度为30 m;在 2106 运输顺槽原支护基础上设计4 个优化方案,通过数值模拟选出最优方案,沿空巷道支护效果良好,确定的煤柱宽度和支护方案较科学合理.
Research on Reasonable Width of Section Coal Pillar and Roadway Support in Fully Mechanized Caving Face
In order to solve the difficult problem of support of the roadway along goaf during the preparation stage of the fully mechanized caving working face in Changcun Coal Mine,research and application of the optimal coal pillar size and support scheme for the roadway along goaf are carried out by comprehensively using empirical formula calculation,numerical simulation,on-site investigation and measurement methods,etc.The research shows that according to the calculation of elastic-plastic limit equilibrium theory,the width of the coal pillar in the roadway along goaf should not be less than 29.14 m.Numerical simulations show that when the width of the coal pillar is greater than 30 m,there is a stable elastic core area in the coal pillar during the roadway excavation period.The optimal width of the coal pillar is determined to be 30 m;based on the original support of the 2106 transportation crossheading,four optimization schemes are designed,and the optimal scheme is selected through numerical simulation.The support effect of the roadway along goaf is good,and the determined coal pillar width and support scheme are relatively scientific and reasonable.
