Research on Hard Rock Rapid Excavation Technology Based on Porous Hydraulic Fracturing
To solve the problem of high rock hardness and slow overall rock cutting speed in the+980 m horizontal glue transportation main roadway of Majiliang Mine,a rapid excavation technology and process using porous hydraulic fracturing technology to assist in rock breaking is proposed. The coupling law of double hole hydraulic fracturing cracks is studied using numerical simulation method, and the effect of different hole spacing is compared. It is determined that a 0.8 m double hole hydraulic fracturing hole spacing has a relatively good effect.Through simulation analysis of the impact of three different types of fracturing hole arrangement forms, namely parallel array type, staggered type 1,and staggered type 2,on crack propagation, the results show that parallel array type has the best effect. Finally, through the practice of porous hydraulic fracturing technology in excavation work, the optimal effect is achieved by selecting a hole spacing of 0.8 m and a fracturing aperture of 75-90 mm.Compared with the operation efficiency before optimization,it can be seen that each row of rock cutting time can be reduced by about 40 minutes, which is equivalent to saving 25%of rock cutting time. The daily footage also increases from 4.6 m to 5.5 m,which not only improves work efficiency but also reserves sufficient maintenance time.
