Practical Research on Fan-shaped Mining in the 30212 Fully Mechanized Mining Face of Xiaochang Coal Industry
There are problems such as difficult mining,low coal recovery rate and so on existing in the triangular coal area of the 30212 fully mechanized mining face of Xiaochang Coal Industry.In order to achieve efficient recovery of the triangular coal area in the 30212 working face,practical research is conducted on fan-shaped mining in the triangular coal area.Aiming at the triangular coal area in the 30212 working face,two mining schemes are designed,namely the knife handle face and the fan-shaped face.Through technical and economic comparison analysis,it is determined that the triangular coal area adopts the fan-shaped mining scheme.Analysis and expound are conducted on the key technologies such as equipment configuration,feed knife mode,and process flow,etc of the fan-shaped mining scheme.The fan-shaped mining scheme optimizes the coal seam mining layout,with roof layer separation monitoring and roadway deformation within a controllable range,achieving safe and efficient recovery of triangular coal in the 30212 working face.The total amount of coal recovered is about 159 000 tons,and the safety and economic benefits are significant.
