摘要

为有效防治沙坪煤业 13103 工作面上覆采空区有害气体侵入,采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,分析研究上覆采空区有害气体运移规律,提出了上覆采空区有害气体下泄防治技术.模拟结果表明:回采 50 m时,上覆采空区一氧化碳(CO)自上而下向工作面和进风巷方向扩散,由工作面中后部位置涌入工作面,在回风隅角处聚集.回采400 m时,切眼侧CO范围较50 m时增大,13103工作面靠近回风隅角处采空区CO积聚现象严重.在此基础上,提出均压系统和煤柱隔离相结合的上覆采空区有害气体下泄防治技术,并开展现场应用.现场试验表明:均压技术可有效阻止有害气体下泄,降低工作面有害气体浓度.

Abstract

In order to effectively prevent and control the invasion of harmful gases in the overlying goaf of the 13103 working face of Shaping Coal Industry,a combination method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation is used to analyze and study the migration law of harmful gases in the overlying goaf,and a prevention and control technology for harmful gas leakage in the overlying goaf is proposed.The simulation results show that when stoping 50 m,carbon monoxide(CO)in the overlying goaf diffuses from top to bottom towards the working face and the direction of the air intake roadway,and flows into the working face from the middle and rear positions of the working face,accumulating at the return air corner.When stoping 400 m,the range of CO on the open-off cut side increases compared to 50 m,and the accumulation phenomenon of CO in the goaf near the return air corner of the 13103 working face is severe.On this basis,a prevention and control technology for harmful gas leakage in the overlying goaf is proposed by combining the voltage equalization system and coal pillar isolation,and on-site application is carried out.On-site experi-ments show that voltage equalization technology can effectively prevent the leakage of harmful gases and reduce the concentration of harmful gases in the working face.
