Research on Safety Evaluation and Optimization of Prevention and Control Measures for Mine Dust
Aiming at the problem of high dust concentration in mines leading to dust explosions and frequent pneumoconiosis,in order to effectively improve mine dust management measures and reduce the harm of high concentration dust, the hazard sources of mine dust disasters are identified from four aspects:human, machine, environment, and management using pre hazard analysis method.A safety evaluation index system for mine dust hazards is developed, and fault tree analysis is used to identify the basic event combinations that caused dust hazard accidents. On this basis, analyze and calculate the probability importance of each basic event. Finally, based on various basic event combinations, ways and methods to improve mine dust prevention and control measures are proposed from two perspectives of preventing dust explosions and pneumoconiosis,in order to enhance the safety of mine operations.
