Structural Design and Mechanical Analysis of Lithium Battery Boxes Lifting and Transportation Beam in Coal Mine Monorail Crane
Lithium batteries are the power equipment of coal mine lithium battery monorail cranes,and the safety and reliability of transportation directly determine the quality of locomotive transportation operations.In view of the problems of single function,complex installation and maintenance,many operation manpower and others in traditional lithium battery boxes lifting and transportation beams,a comprehensive consideration is given to the characteristics of monorail cranes,coal mine roadway conditions,and lithium battery box structures.The structural design of lithium battery boxes lifting and transportation beams is carried out to achieve convenient installation,maintenance,and safe and stable transportation of lithium batteries.Conducting mechanical performance simulation of lithium battery boxes lifting and transportation beams to obtain their load-bearing and vibration characteristics,laying the foundation for subsequent structural optimization and performance improvement.The simulation results show that under the preset working conditions,the strength and stiffness of the newly designed lithium battery boxes lifting and transportation beam meet the requirements of design and engineering application.Except for stress concentration areas,the safety factor is greater than 5,and there is a relatively large space for structural optimization and lightweight;provide information on the frequency,mode shape,and amplitude of the first four order vibrations of the lithium battery lifting and transportation beam,laying the foundation for subsequent dynamic research.
