防冲让压钢带研发及其在冲击地压巷道中的应用

针对巴彦高勒煤矿 311204 工作面回风顺槽在高地压条件下巷道易炸帮问题,研发了一种新型防冲让压钢带,并进行了室温压缩试验.通过理论分析、工业性试验的方法,分析了防冲让压钢带的力学特性,总结出了防冲让压钢带高刚度、增阻式让压、高强度等优点,评估了锚网索+防冲让压钢带复合支护方式在冲击地压巷道中的应用可行性,并进行了现场工业性试验,减少了巷道顶板及两帮的变形量,缓解了巷道炸帮现象,保障了安全高效生产,对高地压、有冲击危险巷道的支护设计提供了借鉴.
Research and Development of Erosion-control and Pressure Relief Steel Strip and its Application in Rock Burst Roadways
Aiming at the problem that the roadway is easy to explode gang under the condition of high ground pressure in the 311204 working face return air crossheading of Bayangole Coal Mine.A new type of erosion-control and pressure relief steel strip is studied and developed,and room temperature compression tests are conducted.Through methods of theoretical analysis and industrial testing,the mechanical characteristics of the erosion-control and pressure relief steel strip are analyzed,the advantages of high stiffness,pressure relief with increased resistance,high strength and others of the erosion-control and pressure relief steel strip are summarized.The application feasibility of the composite support method of anchor mesh cable+erosion-control and pressure relief steel strip in the rock burst roadway is evaluated,and on-site industrial testing is carried out to reduce the deformation amount of the roadway roof and two sides,alleviate the phenomenon of roadway exploding gang,ensure safe and efficient production,and provide reference for the support design of roadways with high ground pressure and impact hazards.
