由于综采生产过程是黑盒过程,为实现少人化、无人化控制,需要数字孪生技术基于传感器数据将井下真实场景实时转化为数字场景,以便系统更好地监测、分析和控制综采设备,利用二三维轻量化引擎和统一时空数据库,基于国产惯导系统提供的采煤机实时绝对地质坐标,结合工作面设备状态参数,构建真实尺寸的可表征设备工作状态的数字孪生工作面,并将相关研究在山东能源集团赵楼和东滩煤矿进行技术验证和工程实践,为智能化开采研究提供了实时精准的可视化操作系统,为工作面智能开采提供了有力工具.
Constructing an Intelligent Mining System for Coal Mine Fully Mechanized Mining Face Based on Digital Twin Technology
Due to the fact that the fully mechanozed mining production process is a black box process,in order to achieve less human and unmanned control,digital twin technology based on sensor data is needed to convert the downhole real scene into a digital scene in real time,so that the system can better monitor,analyze,and control the fully mechanized mining equipment.Using a 2D and 3D lightweight engine and a unified spatiotemporal database,based on the shearer real-time absolute geological coordinates provided by the domestic inertial navigation system,combined with the state parameters of the working face equipment,a digital twin working face that can characterize the working status of the equipment in real size is constructed.Conduct technical verification and engineering practice of relevant researches in Zhaolou and Dongtan Coal Mines of Shandong Energy Group,providing a real-time and accurate visualization operation system for intelligent mining research and a powerful tool for intelligent mining of the working face.
