金谷矿充填工作面旋转开采技术研究与应用

针对山西古县金谷矿 11 号煤层受老窑采空破坏区、地面村庄建筑物等影响,回采工作面不规则布置须旋转开采的难题,以 11101 充填工作面为工程背景,运用理论分析和现场实测的方法对充填工作面旋转开采技术进行了研究.为提高转采的安全性和实施效率,提出了在工作面旋转末端的 11101 胶带顺槽转角处北侧提前施工配巷的转采技术方案,安全高效地实现了 48°~50°大角度旋转开采.施工转采配巷的方式适合金谷矿 11 号煤层回采面转采工程,成功应用于 11101 充填工作面,并在全矿得到推广,大大提高了煤炭回采率和矿井生产效率.
Research and Application of Rotating Mining Technology in the Filling Working Face of Jingu Mine
Aiming at the difficult problem of irregular layout of the stoping working face and the need for rotating mining in the No.11 coal seam of Jingu Mine in Guxian of Shanxi Province,which is affected by the old kiln goaf damage area,ground village buildings and others,taking the 11101 filling working face as the engineering background,this paper studies the rotating mining technology of the filling working face using theoretical analysis and on-site measurement methods.In order to improve the safety and implementation efficiency of rotating mining,a rotating mining technology scheme is proposed to advance the construction of the roadway allocation at the north side of the 11101 tape groove corner at the end of the rotation of the working face,which safely and efficiently achieves a large angle rotation mining of 48°-50°.The method of construction rotating mining and roadway allocation is suitable for the rotating mining project of the No.11 coal seam in Jingu Mine.It is successfully applied to the 11101 filling working face and promoted throughout the mine,greatly improving the coal recovery rate and mine production efficiency.
