高地应力厚煤层综放面切顶留巷关键技术应用研究

针对古汉山矿原工作面之间留一定宽度的煤柱,在开采时存在资源浪费、巷道应力集中支护困难、采掘接续紧张等问题,综合运用理论、模拟以及现场试验等手段方法,提出切顶留巷技术.结果表明,切顶后采空区侧基本顶随采随落,矸石及时支撑覆岩并抑制其回转下沉.提出利用锚索强化顶帮结构,确保沿空留巷的稳定.沿空留巷后帮部收缩量为485 mm,顶底板收缩量为686 mm,底鼓量达500 mm,底鼓较大的主要原因是留有 1~2 m的底煤,底板强度偏低.经简单卧底修复后能够达到二次使用的要求,为厚煤层放顶煤开采条件下实施沿空留巷技术提供科学参考.
Application Research on the Key Technology of Roof Cutting and Retaining Roadway in High Ground Stress Thick Coal Seam Fully Mechanized Caving Face
Aiming at the coal pillars with a certain width left between the original working faces of Guhanshan Mine,there are problems such as resource waste,difficulty in supporting stress concentration in tunnels,and tight mining continuity during mining.By comprehensively using theoretical,simulation,and on-site testing methods,the technology of cutting top and leaving tunnels is proposed.The results show that the basic roof on the side of the goaf after top cutting falls with mining,and the gangue supports the overlying rock in a timely manner and suppresses its rotation and sinking.Propose to use anchor cables to strengthen the roof structure and ensure the stability of the goaf retaining roadway.The shrinkage of the rear side of the roadway along the goaf is 485 mm,the shrinkage of the top and bottom plates is 686 mm,and the bottom bulge is 500 mm.The main reason for the large bottom bulge is that there is 1-2 m of bottom coal left,and the strength of the bottom plate is low.After simple undercover repair,it can meet the requirements of secondary use,providing scientific reference for the implementation of goaf retaining technology in thick coal seam top coal caving mining conditions.
