工作面过断层区施工方案及支护技术优化

针对五阳煤矿 7521 工作面过 7521-2#逆断层期间受断层牵引影响,断层下盘煤体下移,工作面迎头揭露岩体断面大、硬度高,采煤机强行破岩时回采效率低、破岩量大、设备故障率高等技术难题,通过对过断层回采方案进行对比分析,提出了"旋转回采+俯斜回采"联合回采工艺,并对俯斜回采顶板采取"超前管棚注浆+柔性纤维网+玻璃钢梯形梁"联合支护技术.应用效果表明:采用俯斜回采工艺后,断层区可减少破岩量为 2784 m3,减少设备维修费用达 27.9 万元,回采速度提高至 4.8 m/d;采取联合支护后工作面端面距减小至 0.3 m,煤壁片帮长度减小至 1.6 m,片帮深度减小至 0.5 m以下,支架初撑力及工作阻力提高至 98%以上,取得了显著应用成效.
Optimization of Construction Scheme and Support Technology for Working Face Passing through Fault Area
Aiming at the technical difficulties such as the influence of fault traction on the 7521 working face of Wuyang Coal Mine during the period of passing through the 7521-2#reverse fault,the footwall coal body of the fault moves downward,and the exposed rock body section in the head of the working face is large and the hardness is high,when the coal mining machine forcibly breaks the rock,the stoping efficiency is low,the amount of broken rock is large,the equipment failure rate is high and others.Through comparative analysis of the fault passage stoping scheme,a combined stoping technique of"rotating mining+downward inclined stoping"is proposed,and a combined support technology of"advanced pipe shed grouting+flexible fiber mesh+fiberglass trapezoidal beam"is adopted for the downward inclined stoping roof.The application effect shows that after adopting the downward inclined stoping technique,the rock breaking amount in the fault area can be reduced by 2784 m3,the equipment maintenance cost can be reduced by 279 000 yuan,and the stoping speed can be increased to 4.8 m/d;After adopting joint support,the end face distance of the working face is reduced to 0.3 m,the length of the coal wall caving is reduced to 1.6 m,the depth of the wall caving is reduced to below 0.5 m,the initial support force of the support and working resistance are increased to over 98%,achieving significant application results.
