Research on Safety Technology for Fully Mechanized Caving Isolated Island Working Face Passing through Empty Roadway
In view of the technical difficulties of passing through empty roadways faced by the coal pillar recovery working face in the main roadway of Yuecheng Mine during the stoping process, problmes such as high roof pressure, severe roof caving and others will happen inner empty roadways, which affect the normal stoping of the working face, taking the coal pillar recovery working face in the main roadway of Yuecheng Coal Mine as the research background, through theoretical calculation,it is concluded that the support strength of the empty roadway should be greater than 6.03 MPa.Numerical simulation is used to analyze the roof stress and displacement of the roadway under different support strengths, and it is determined that when the support strength of the roof reaches 7 MPa or above, the subsidence amount of the empty roadway roof can be controlled within a reasonable range. The support of the empty roadway adopts wooden stacks, and numerical simulation is used to analyze the roof stress and displacement of the empty roadway under different support row spacings. It is determined that selecting interlocking wooden stacks with a row spacing of 0.7 m and 1.5 m×3 m×3 m can meet the support requirements of the fully mechanized caving face passing through the empty roadway section. The on-site mine pressure monitoring results show that when the support strength of the roof of the empty roadway reaches 7 MPa or above,it can meet the safety production requirements of the working face and achieve safe and efficient stoping of the coal pillar recovery working face in the main roadway of Yuecheng Mine.
