Optimization of Support Parameters for Large Burial Depth Anchor Mesh Cable Roadway
Banji Coal Mine is currently mining the 5th coal seam with a large burial depth.In view of the problems that after roof support of the crossheading roadway blindly increasing the density of anchor cable support to a certain extent,the improvement in the effect is not significant enough,which will accelerate the weathering of the roof rock layer,waste support materials and manpower,require a large amount of roadway maintenance work in the later stage and so on.Numerical simulation is used to design and verify the roadway support parameters along the roof,middle,and floor of the 5th coal.Three support schemes are proposed,and numerical simulation is used to analyze the support effect.The deformation amount of the roof is minimized during excavation along the roof of the 5th coal,which is convenient for later roadway maintenance;After the support is carried out when the row spacing between anchor rods is 900 mm×900 mm and that between roof anchor cables is 1800 mm×1800 mm,it can effectively control the roadway surrounding rock and reduce the consumption parameters of anchor cable support materials.After the excavation and support of the roadway,two survey stations are arranged for the roadway to collect data for analysis and verification,achieving stable control effect of the roadway surrounding rock and saving 66.7%of the support anchor cable construction.
