Design and Research of Health Status Evaluation Model Construction for Shearer Based on Combination Weighting Method
To solve the problems of redundant monitoring parameters and unreasonable status evaluation indicators in the health status evaluation process of shearer,which lead to low evaluation accuracy,Ganhe Coal Mine starts from the basic composition structure of shearer,uses grey correlation analysis method to determine the correlation between faults and indicators,sets correlation threshold value,screens key indicators,and constructs shearer health status evaluation system;Using the combination weighting method to establish health status evaluation model,non dimensionality processing of indicator data,calculation of indicator weights are conducted,and shearer health status evaluation model according to the grey clustering evaluation whitening weight function is constructed.The health status of the shearer is obtained,and the health status evaluation model is conducted to be verified.The data from the cutting section is extracted and fully imported for screening.Then,the data is imported into the shearer health status evaluation model to complete the health evaluation.The accuracy of the evaluation results using the analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight method,and combination weighting method is compared.The results show that the combination weighting method has the highest accuracy in evaluating results,reaching 85%.
