Research and Application of Frequency Conversion Electromagnetic Descaling Device in Lilou Coal Industry
The circulation system equipment and pipelines inside the energy station of Lilou Coal Industry Energy Center are prone to corrosion and scaling,causing severe corrosion of the equipment and pipelines,which has a serious impact on the stable operation of the energy station.A new frequency conversion electromagnetic descaling device is proposed to address the high scheme cost of chemical descaling+manual descaling,which require extremely high requirements for the administration timing and administration accuracy of various chemical agents,making it difficult to meet the actual working needs of the air conditioning water system in mining areas.Artificial descaling also has shortcomings such as low efficiency,large blind spots,and poor safety.It can generate alternating high-frequency electromagnetic fields,and the water molecules in the pipeline can be magnetized when passing through the high-frequency electric field,reducing the crystallinity of various scaling ions in the water quality and improving the anti scaling effect.Through the comparison of hanging piece tests,after adopting the electromagnetic descaling device,the average corrosion rate in the air conditioning water system can be reduced by 67.7%,the application reliability of the air conditioning system in Lilou Coal Industry is effectively improved.
