Actual Measurement and Research on Mine Pressure During the First Roof Caving of Thick and Hard Overlying Rock Working Face
By analyzing the geological conditions, initial collapse of the direct roof, initial collapse of the basic roof, and microseismic monitoring of the 123lower 01(South)fully mechanized caving face in Jining No.3 Coal Mine,it is revealed that the main factors affecting the occurrence of strong mine pressure behavior in this working face are advancing speed, overlying thick and hard roof, mining depth, and faults, etc. The characteristics of mine pressure behavior during the initial roof caving period of the working face are as follows:the first collapse step distance of the direct roof is 21.75 m;The average step distance of the initial pressure at the basic roof is 51 m;The dynamic load coefficient is 1.41;During the initial roof caving period, the degree of mine pressure behavior is severe, and the basic roof layering and segmented pressure are obvious, lasting for 7 small shifts; The initial pressure at the basic roof of the working face presents a movement characteristic of"small in the middle and large at both ends"as a whole at this time. The conclusions obtained from the study provide a basis for accurate interpretation of the strong mine pressure behavior during the initial roof caving of thick and hard overlying rock working faces.
