Research on Pressure Law and Roof Caving of Thick and Hard Roof
In view of the problems of large pressure step distance and difficulty in roof collapse of thick and hard roof and so on,the 1033 middle working face of Yuandian No.1 Mine is taken as the engineering research background.Through a combination method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation,on-site actual measurement and others, the evolution law of thick and hard roof rock strata is studied. The initial pressure step distance of the roof of this working face is about 50 m.To solve the hazards caused by suspended roof,a hydraulic fracturing roof caving method is proposed. The feasibility of this method is verified by numerical simulation of the displacement and stress changes of the overlying rock stratum before and after roof caving. The research results show that after hydraulic fracturing, the support resistance decreases from 32.50 MPa to 24.32 MPa,a decrease of about 25.17%;The maximum displacement settlement amount of the roof of the crossheading decreases from 140 mm to 95 mm,a decrease of approximately 32.14%.
