东周窑井田山4号煤顶板稳定性评价

由于经历了复杂的构造作用和沉积作用,导致不同主采煤层或同一主采煤层不同部位顶板稳定性差异较大.为了避免矿井生产过程中顶板冒落、垮塌等安全事故发生,以东周窑井田山4 号主采煤层为研究对象,从顶板自然成因的角度入手,分析影响煤层顶板稳定性的沉积条件、构造特征和岩石力学性质等因素,确定顶板岩性组合、优势岩性、含砂率、直接顶厚度、顶板结构、断裂发育程度、平面变形程度、抗压强度、抗拉强度共9个评价指标,建立递阶层次评价模型,并应用模糊数学综合判别法对顶板稳定性进行综合评判,得出山 4 煤顶板非常稳定区、稳定区和中等稳定区分布范围.评价结果为煤矿顶板管理、顶板隐患治理及高效开采提供理论依据.
Stability Evaluation of the Roof of Mountain No.4 Coal in Dongzhouyao Mine Field
Due to experinecing complex tectonic action and sedimentary action,there are significant differences in the stability of the roof in different main mining coal seams or different parts of the same main mining coal seam.In order to avoid safety accidents such as roof caving,collapse and others happen during the production process of the mine,the Mountain No.4 main mining coal seam in Dongzhouyao Mine Field is taken as the research object.Starting from the perspective of the natural causes of the roof,the sedimentary conditions,structural characteristics,rock mechanical properties and other factors that affect the stability of the coal seam roof are analyzed.Nine evaluation indicators,including the combination of roof lithology,dominant lithology,sand content,direct roof thickness,roof structure,degree of fracture development,degree of plane deformation,compressive strength and tensile strength are determined.A hierarchical evaluation model is established,and the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive discrimination method is applied to comprehensively evaluate the stability of the roof,the distribution range of highly stable area,stable area,and moderately stable area in the roof of Mountain 4 coal is obtained.The evaluation results provide a theoretical basis for coal mine roof management,roof hidden danger governance,and efficient mining.
