针对赵楼煤矿 7304 轨顺(1#)掘进工作面掘进作业期间存在掘进效率低、劳动强度高、智能化水平低等问题,提出一套基于人工智能、物联网和大数据的智能化控制系统,控制系统集成先进感知技术、控制策略、数据分析和远程协同操作功能.应用结果表明:该智能化控制系统能够实现对掘进机运行状态的实时监控、记忆截割与路径规划、多设备间智能协同以及环境的实时感知等功能,提高了作业安全性,改善了工作环境,掘进面巷道掘进效率提高了 35%,每天可减少工作人员 24 人,创造经济效益约 290 万元/a.系统的应用有效解决了掘进面掘进效率和安全问题,为赵楼煤矿智慧矿山的建设奠定了基础.
Design and Application Research of Intelligent Control System for Excavation Working Face in Zhaolou Coal Mine
Aiming at the problems of low excavation efficiency,high labor intensity,low level of intelligence and others during the excavation operation process of the 7304 rail groove(1#)excavation working face in Zhaolou Coal Mine.A set of intelligent control system based on artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,and big data is proposed.The control system integrates advanced perception technology,control strategies,data analysis,and remote collaborative operation functions.The application results show that the intelligent control system can achieve functions such as real-time monitoring of the operating status of the roadheader,memory cutting and path planning,intelligent collaboration among multiple devices,and real-time perception of the environment,etc,the operation safety is improved,the working environment is improved.The excavation efficiency of the roadway has increased by 35%,reducing the number of workers by 24 per day,and creating an economic benefit of about 2.9 million yuan/a.The application of the system effectively solves the problems of excavation efficiency and safety in the excavation face,laying the foundation for the construction of a smart mine in Zhaolou Coal Mine.
