摘要

以王洼二矿为研究对象,对智慧矿山系统建设及应用进行实践研究.王洼二矿提出智慧矿山建设的目标,实现生产安全可控、实时监测、定位追溯、报警联动等多项智能化功能,对智慧矿山建设总体架构从感知层、传输层、数据层、平台层、应用层和展现层六大部分进行分析,对智慧矿山系统建设从信息基础设施建设、综合自动化平台建设、智能化采掘工作面建设、智能生产辅助系统建设等方面进行实践分析.应用结果表明:王洼二矿智慧矿山系统实现了少人则安、无人则安的目的,有效加强人员行为管控和提升矿井安全管理水平,安全效益显著.

Abstract

Taking Wangwa No.2 Mine as the research object,this paper conducts practical research on the construction and application of smart mine system.Wangwa No.2 Mine proposes the goal of smart mine construction,realizing multiple intelligent functions such as controllable production safety,real-time monitoring,positioning and tracing,alarm linkage and so on.The overall architecture of smart mine construction is analyzed from six major parts:perception layer,transmission layer,data layer,platform layer,application layer,and display layer.The practical analysis is conducted on the construction of smart mine system from the aspects of information infrastructure construction,comprehensive automation platform construction,intelligent mining and excavation working face construction,intelligent production auxiliary system construction and others.The application results show that the smart mine system of Wangwa No.2 Mine achieves the goal of safety with few people and safety without anyone,effectively strengthening personnel behavior management and control and improving mine safety management level,with significant safety benefits.
