煤泥水浓缩池智能加药系统的设计与实践应用

针对屯兰选煤厂煤泥水处理工艺中絮凝沉降加药工序存在初始加药量依靠经验输入、加药后数据波动大、浊度仪易污染等问题,设计了一种新型煤泥水浓缩池智能加药系统.该系统能对浓缩机澄清水层、中间水层、沉淀层絮凝效果、溢流水水质数据等进行实时检测,对加药量进行修正调整,实现对浓缩池加药系统的精确控制;通过检测底流浓度,防止底部煤泥积聚过多无法及时排出导致压耙事故的发生;检测滤液水微小流量判断压滤结束时机,检测滤液水颗粒浓度判断板框损坏、滤布呲包等故障.现场应用效果表明:该浓缩池智能加药系统运行稳定,能有效实现浓缩池加药系统精确控制和压滤机智能高效运行,安全、社会效益显著.
Design and Practical Application of Intelligent Dosing System for Coal Slime Water Thickening Tank
In view of the problems of initial dosing relying on empirical input,large data fluctuations after dosing,easy pollution of turbidity meter and so on in the flocculation sedimentation dosing process of coal slime water treatment technique in Tunlan Coal Preparation Plant.A new type of intelligent dosing system for coal slime water thickening tank is designed.The system can perform real-time detection on the clear water layer,intermediate water layer,sedimentation layer flocculation effect,and overflow water quality data,etc of the thickener,adjust the dosage,and achieve precise control of the dosing system of the thickening tank;by detecting the concentration of the bottom flow,it is possible to prevent the accumulation of excessive coal slime at the bottom from being discharged in a timely manner,which can lead to the occurrence of rake pressure accidents;detect the small flow rate of the filtrate water to judge the end time of the pressure filtration,and detect the particle concentration of the filtrate water to judge faults such as damage to the plate frame,filter cloth wrapping and others.The on-site application results show that the intelligent dosing system of the thickening tank operates stably and can effectively achieve precise control of the dosing system of the thickening tank and intelligent and efficient operation of the filter press,with significant safety and social benefits.
