综采工作面旋转开采技术研究与应用

矿井经过 50 余年的开采,资源已濒临枯竭,可利用的储量开采条件差,接续日趋紧张.为了更有效地回收煤炭资源,在 63下06-2 工作面通过旋转开采的方式将边角煤炭资源块段开采出来,运输系统改造前运输巷第一部带式输送机尾与第二部带式输送机头巷道夹角为161°.旋转开采提前制定运输系统改造和巷道加强支护方案,准备好所需材料及设备,掌控好现场调采幅度,解决了机头顺利旋转过渡、机头空顶区和大跨度区域的支护、第二部带式输送机头的撤除及转载机的转弯过渡等一系列难题,实现工作面机头顺利转弯过渡,确保生产安全.
Research and Application of Rotating Mining Technology in Fully Mechanized Mining Face
After more than 50 years of mining,the resources in the mine are on the brink of depletion,and the available reserves are under poor mining conditions.The continuity is becoming increasingly tight.In order to more effectively recover coal resources,the corner coal resource blocks are mined through rotating mining method in the 63lower06-2 working face.Before the transformation of the transportation system,the angle between the machine tail of the first belt conveyor and the machine head of the second belt conveyor in the transportation roadway is 161°.The rotating mining conducts to formulate transportation system renovation and roadway reinforcement support scheme in advance,the required materials and equipments are prepared,the on-site mining adjustment range is controlled,and a series of difficult problems such as smooth rotation transition of the machine head,support for the empty roof area and large span area of the machine head,removal of the second belt conveyor machine head,and turning transition of the reversed loader,etc,are solved,achieving smooth turning transition of the working face machine head and ensuring production safety.
