深部高应力破碎围岩巷道锚注支护技术研究与应用

为解决深部破碎围岩巷道大变形及难控制的问题,以兖矿能源股份有限公司东滩煤矿43下02 综采工作面轨顺联络巷道为研究背景,通过对围岩变形监测、钻孔窥视以及矿物成分分析,揭示了巷道围岩破坏原因,并提出了"注浆短锚索+预应力长锚索+金属网+喷射混凝土"联合支护技术方案,通过数值模拟计算验证了该支护方案的可靠性.现场实践结果表明:采用该支护方案后,巷道顶底板最大移近量为 113.9 mm,两帮最大收敛量为92.2 mm,最大底鼓量为56.7 mm,且巷道顶板1~7 m范围内岩层离层量在13.2 mm以内,有效控制了巷道围岩的稳定性,有效保障了巷道的稳定性.
Research and Application of Anchor Grouting Support Technology for Deep High Stress Broken Surrounding Rock Roadway
In order to solve the problem of large deformation and difficult control in deep broken surrounding rock roadway,the rail crossheading connection roadway of the 43lower02 fully mechanized mining face in Dongtan Coal Mine of Yankuang Energy Co.,Ltd.is taken as the research background.Through monitoring the deformation of surrounding rock,drilling hole peeping,and mineral composition analysis,the causes of roadway surrounding rock damage are revealed.A combined support technology scheme of"grouting short anchor cable+prestressed long anchor cable+metal mesh+sprayed concrete"is proposed,and the reliability of this support scheme is verified through numerical simulation calculation.The on-site practice results show that after adopting this support scheme,the maximum displacement amount of the roof and floor of the roadway is 113.9 mm,the maximum convergence amount of the two sides is 92.2 mm,the maximum heaving floor amount is 56.7 mm,and the rock stratum layer separation amount within the range of 1-7 m of the roadway roof is within 13.2 mm,effectively controlling the stability of the roadway surrounding rock and ensuring the stability of the roadway.
