摘要

为了探索千米定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采新工艺,提高瓦斯抽采效果,以枫香煤矿为工程背景,研究提出了定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采设计方案,设计钻孔19 个,其中 5 个主孔和 14 个辅孔.通过实际应用,枫香煤矿高负压抽采系统瓦斯浓度由原来的 10%~14%提高到 18%~25%,瓦斯抽采纯量由原来的 0.15~0.25 m³/min提高到 2.5~3.8 m³/min,矿井瓦斯抽采率由原来的 30%~45%提高到 70%~80%,高负压日抽采瓦斯纯量约 0.5 万m3,瓦斯治理成本从 2019 年以前未使用定向钻机 120 元/t降至目前 55 元/t,验证了该设计方案的可行性,应用效果非常显著.

Abstract

In order to explore a new technique for kilometer directional long borehole gas drainage and improve gas drainage effect,a design scheme for directional long borehole gas drainage is researched and proposed based on the engineering background of Fengxiang Coal Mine.19 boreholes are designed,including 5 main holes and 14 auxiliary holes.Through practical application,the gas concentration of the high negative pressure drainage system in Fengxiang Coal Mine increases from 10%-14%to 18%-25%,the pure gas drainage amount increases from 0.15-0.25 m³/min to 2.5-3.8 m³/min,the mine gas drainage rate increases from 30%-45%to 70%-80%,and the daily pure gas drainage amount for high negative pressure is about 5000 m3.The cost of gas governance reduces from 120 yuan/t without the use of directional drilling machines before 2019 to 55 yuan/t currently.The feasibility of this design scheme is verified,and the application effect is very significant.
