复合顶板及断层联合精准超前治理技术研究

为实现张集北煤矿1712A综采工作面安全高效开采,针对回采过程中复合顶板易垮落、断层破碎区域较大、难以支护等问题,设计采用矿用无机加固材料和超前注浆加固技术对复合顶板及断层进行注浆加固,保证煤岩体之间的稳定性.应用表明,采用矿用无机加固材料能够使破碎顶板及围岩有效固结,改善其力学性质,大幅度提高了顶板强度及稳定性;超前注浆加固后,回采期间顶板及断层影响范围内围岩稳定性好,未发生煤壁片帮、冒顶等问题,注浆加固效果显著.
Research on Joint Precision Advanced Governance Technology of Compound Roof and Fault
In order to achieve safe and efficient mining of the 1712A fully mechanized mining face in Zhangjibei Coal Mine,and aiming at issues such as easy collapse of the compound roof,relatively large fractured areas of faults,difficulty in support and so on during the stoping process,mine used inorganic reinforcement materials and advanced grouting reinforcement technology are designed and adopted to conduct grouting reinforcement of the compound roof and faults,ensuring the stability between the coal and rock masses.The applications show that using mine used inorganic reinforcement materials can effectively consolidate the fractured roof and surrounding rock,improve their mechanical properties,and significantly improve the strength and stability of the roof;After advanced grouting reinforcement,the stability of the surrounding rock within the influence range of the roof and faults during the stoping period is good,and there are no problems such as coal wall collapse,roof caving or others occured.The grouting reinforcement effect is significant.
